General Tips to Learn English

First of all is to love the English itself. If you have passed this step, I'm sure you can learn it easily. Next is targeting what you want to achieve. For example when learning vocabulary you make a target of memorizing 10 vocabularies a day. Be discipline with this one, and you will soon realize that you have memorized enough vocabularies to do most of your English work, even for communicating with English native speaker. Another example is that by trying to understand a short English article every week. Beside gaining a new knowledge, regular reading also be able to improve your vocabulary. In conclusion, no matter what your target is, discipline is the main factor to achieve it. The next way is to try to make a positive motivation of why learning English. Firstly, I want to ask you a question, do you want to be able to understand a movie or a song even without reading the translation? I'm sure most of you will answer 'Yes!' because I know it will be such a proud when having that ability, won't it? Therefore, make that reason as your positive motivation in encouraging yourself to learn English. Next is Limitation. What I mean here is not to push yourself to the limit, or in other word : DO NOT OVERDO IT! In my opinion, it is better to study everyday in about 15 minutes a day than twice a week in about 2 hours a day. Keep on scheduling yourself, you will soon find that studying English is fun.
The next importance is to reward your effort. When you have achieved your target, it is very important to reward yourself with whatever you like such as watching your favorite movies, buy a new clothes, or whatever it is. This is important because by getting any reward, you will be motivated to achieve more.

Finally, the last is to practice a lot, especially with a friend. Since learning together is more fun than alone. Besides, who knows your friend have other effective way to learn English, in this case you can also exchange opinions about it. Together we are one!
